RE: PROPOSAL FOR LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Dear Jesse,

Thank you for considering Greenscape Inc for your property landscape service needs. We are thrilled to have been a part of the Triangle community for more than 40 years. We believe we can increase the value you (and others) place on your property by providing exterior landscape management solutions and property services for your site. Attached you will find information about our company, as well as our initial plan based on the walk around of your property and our discussion.   1. We provide a single point of contact through our Client Relations Manager who will manage all aspects of your site from inclement weather to invoicing.
  2. Our team will propose enhancement opportunities to increase both the social and economic value of your community.
  3. Greenscape will work to provide a positive experience for residents and guests through lower impact practices.
